Return & Refund Policy

At Cheercrafted, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept physical returns due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we are committed to making things right if an issue arises due to errors from our side.

1. Do We Accept Returns?

We do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by our mistakes, including: 

  • Printing defects

  • Fabric or manufacturing damage

  • Wrong size, color, or design sent

  • Damage during shipping

  • Items not matching your order details

If any of these apply, you may request a refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund or replacement.

3. What We Need From You?

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo(s) or video showing the issue

No physical return is required.

4. Your Options: Replacement or Refund

  • Replacement: If you choose a replacement, we will produce a new item and send you a tracking number within 1–7 days from the replacement production date. 
  • Refund: If you choose a refund, we will issue it immediately. Please note: that banks or payment providers may take 3–5 days to post the refund to your account.

5. Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the product

  • Damage caused by the customer (misuse, wear and tear, modifications)

  • Used or washed items

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery

  • Delivery issues caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

    • Recipient not being available to receive the package

    • Refused delivery

    • Package stolen or missing after confirmed delivery

6. No Return Required

Refunds and replacements do not require you to send the product back. There are no return shipping fees.

7. How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo(s) or video proof
  • Preferred solution (refund or replacement)

We will review and resolve your request within 7 days.
